Every product here is created with a lot of thought and care, and I truly hope you love what you receive. Since these are small-batch or handmade items, I don’t currently accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

 

That said, if something arrives damaged, I will absolutely make it right.If your order has arrived in less-than-perfect condition, please write to me within 48 hours of delivery at tinymustardseedstudio@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of both the product and the packaging. Once I’ve reviewed it, I’ll offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.Please note that I can’t offer refunds or replacements for:Products damaged after delivery (due to mishandling or accidents)Orders reported beyond the 48-hour window.

 

Minor differences in colour or finishing due to lighting or screensEach item is packed with care, and while I do everything to ensure a smooth experience, some things—like how couriers handle parcels—are beyond my control. I appreciate your understanding.
