Shipping Policy

Every order is carefully packed and shipped from my studio with the hope that it brings a smile when it arrives. I currently ship within India, and all delivery timelines shared here are estimates—though I do my best to make them reliable.

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. I work with trusted courier partners like India Post and DTDC. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS so you can follow its journey.

 

Please ensure that your delivery details are entered correctly when placing your order. I won’t be able to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address that was provided at checkout. Also, while I try to meet all dispatch timelines, unforeseen delays due to weather, strikes, or other events are out of my control—but if something’s held up, I’ll keep you informed.If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipping and there’s no tracking update, feel free to get in touch at tinymustardseedstudio@gmail.com  and I’ll help sort it out.
